Paul E. Niemeyer is a seasoned artist and designer whose career in the entertainment industry spans over four decades. He began his journey at Bally/Midway in 1982, contributing artwork to iconic arcade games such as TRON, Tapper, Spy Hunter, and the original Mortal Kombat. In 1984, he transitioned to freelance work, collaborating on projects like Time Killers, Demolition Man pinball, and Aeroboto. Beyond gaming, Niemeyer has lent his artistic talents to major film franchises, including Jurassic Park II, Men in Black, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, and Pirates of the Caribbean, creating promotional artwork that has become synonymous with these blockbuster films .

In addition to his work in gaming and film, Niemeyer has made significant contributions to the haunted attraction industry. In 2006, he founded ABYSS Haunted House, a top-rated attraction that captivated thrill-seekers until 2014. He continues to channel his creative energies into designing and crafting props for escape rooms, theme parks, haunted attractions, and festivals around the globe. Niemeyer is also a regular presence at conventions, delighting in the chance to meet fans face-to-face and share stories from his illustrious career .
